GO TO CHURCH ON THIS DAY SINNERS LEST YE BE DAMNED TO HELL! Or, like, if you're busy this Easter maybe just come on Christmas. God's cool like that, right? He'll understand.

Oh man that cracks me up! The millions of folks who are the holiday church goers. So, if you really believe in your religion a couple visits on Easter and Christmas squares you with God? My sister is like that. She's not necessarily religous, but she's at midnight mass every Christmas. On the flip side, traditions are nice and whatever works for you in your life, ya know?

So true. I actually go to church on a regular basis, and am always puzzled by the holiday goers. On one hand, hey, welcome! On the other, I think, I better get a seat or you'll be sorry you got up in time to make it here. But if it makes people feel better to go once or twice a year, who am I to judge that? I don't know what's in their heart.

And the guy in the tan jacket and black pants is thinking: "Wonder if it still counts if I split before communion..."

When will people learn that traditions aren't what make faith. Going through the motions at Easter isn't supposed to carry you through the rest of the year. I always say, "don't do God any favors. He doesn't need it."
