Well done are still a lovely and friendly person, it doesn't mean you shouldn't politely stand for yourself and ask for what is reasonable and you have paid for.

Hope they fix it well, you are going to feel so much better!

Ms Monica,
This passive lady is not someone I have seen on the pages of The Girl Who. This is a one time incident, I feel makes your more connectable. After reading as long as I have, I find it amazing that this wasn't a story with fiery elements. Backboneless, please.........

I'm just hoping that they realize this is a do over and at the end of the 3 hour session they don't say " thats 100.00 please.....make it clear up front there is no charge.

I'm so glad you called! You'll be so much happier once your hair is the color you requested. And proud of yourself for speaking up.
Please post pictures when you're done!

Good for you Monica! i have to take a lesson from this, because every single time I go to get my hair done, someone decides they know what would look best. and just start DOING it without asking me even! Last time I wound up with a backwards mullet. THEN to add insult to injury, they forget about me and start chatting with someone and wind up over cutting or processing. I am like " Hellooooo.....excuse me, isn't this supposed to be enough time on my hair?" Last time the girl didn't have time to dry it! Sheeet.... I actually tip them too. It's like getting slapped in the face. " Thank you very much, may I have another?" Last time I decided to save the money and go to great clips for a trim 12 bucks. It was the best haircut and then I stuck a cap on for highlights 10 bucks. More compliments on my own handyw

Monica, Hope your hair came out just the right shade of Anniston. Hey- here's an idea to celebrate your new found back bone. Sometimes a little corniness is in order. Why not now? You and your sweetie should break out the accordion and have yourself a little chicken dance!

YAY! Now, today is Sunday. Can we see the end results, please?
